Where do I see the quantity per sheet/roll?

For hologram labels, the quantities are indicated in sheets or rolls. The number of labels on a sheet or roll varies depending on the label size. The exact details are given in each product description.

Do you deliver worldwide?

We ship worldwide from our main warehouse in Switzerland. Overseas deliveries are usually made by courier service. Please contact us in advance to find out the exact delivery costs and conditions.

What are the shipping costs?

You can automatically calculate the shipping costs for your country/region in the shopping cart and choose from various delivery options before you send your order. Since the system calculates all-inclusive prices, it can be useful to contact us in advance for larger order quantities.

How long is the delivery time?

Articles from stock are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. The delivery time for individual/personalized articles is around 5 to 10 working days and will be individually agreed upon with the customer after receipt of the order. Orders placed by express post leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Can I personally pick up my order?

As we do not have a showroom or over-the-counter trade and most of the products are dispatched via our central warehouse, a pick-up of products on site is only possible by appointment. To this end, please contact us before or after submitting your order.

Can I return ordered goods?

If you wish to return one or more items, please contact us in advance. Any refund will be made deducting shipping or transport costs as well as possible surcharges (express surcharges or similar). Please note that customized items (e.g. with customer-specific imprint) are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.

Do I have to place recurring orders via the shop?

Of course, you can also send us your recurring orders by e-mail so that you do not have to go through the entire order process again.

Do I need to register in the shop?

No. You can also complete the purchase as a guest and do not need to register.

How to transmit print data?

Selected items can be ordered with a customized print. Please place your order via our shop and then send us your print data and specifications by e-mail. You will then receive a “printing proof” as PDF from us for checking and approval.

General information about the shop

Corporate as well as private customers have the opportunity to purchase hologram labels, security seals and forgery-proof securities forms at low prices and in small quantities via the online shop. The products offered in the online shop are royalty-free articles.

Ordering from the shop is also possible without registration. All prices in the shop include the legal Swiss value added tax of 7.7%. You will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. You will receive the final invoice including the detailed tax and the delivery note together with your order by post or courier.

For the production of individual security printed matter, security holograms or safety seals, please contact us.

Payment Options

Invoice
Only corporate clients domiciled in Switzerland and Liechtenstein with an entry in the commercial register and good creditworthiness, as well as authorities and public institutions, are invoiced. The invoice is payable within 10 days net.

Prepayment
You make your payment via online banking, at your bank or the post office. 
The detailed payment information is displayed during the ordering process and will be sent to you by e-mail after the order is completed. As soon as we have received your payment, we will inform you immediately and the shipment will be initiated.

Credit Card
You have the option of paying for your order simply, securely and conveniently by credit card (VISA, Master Card or American Express). No commission is charged. In case of cancellation, the entire amount will be refunded as a credit.

Payment by credit card is made via the service from Stripe Inc. Thanks to SSL encryption of the latest generation, your credit card payment is absolutely secure.
